Low-fat Green Goddess Dressing

Makes 8 servings, or 1 cup. Serving Size 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients

  • ½ Ripe Avacado
  • ¾ Cup low fat buttermilk
  • 3 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ Clove garlic minced
  • 1 Scallion, chopped
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Any leftover dressing will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days in airtight container. Also, use as dip or sandwich spread.

Aderezo de la Diosa Verde Bajo en Grasa

Ingredientes

  • ½ aguacate
  • ¾ Taza leche agria, bajo en grasa
  • 3 Cucharadas vinagre
  • 2 Cucharadas soperas de cilantro
  • ½ diente de ajo, picado
  • 1 cebollin, cortado
  • ½ cucharadita de sal
  • ¼ cucharadita de pimiento

Preparacion

Ponga todos los ingredients en la licuadoray lique hasta estar liso. Aderezo puede ser guardado en lel refregerador por 2-3 dias. Tambien puede ser usado en tortas o como mojo.
